Hello! I am a professional mixed-media Artist & Illustrator based in Denver Colorado.

I combine traditional materials such as watercolor, pencil, ink, gouache, etc. on Arches cold press paper to craft interpretive & dreamlike portraits of North American Wildlife.
I often find inspiration in the vintage works of western scientific-illustrations, classic Japanese paintings, and in the rich history of children's fantasy art.

Delicate & highly detailed brushwork combined with familiar motifs such as stars, and circles characterize my work. I also enjoy focusing on the use of, white space earthy colors, and preserving the natural warmth of the paper.
This year I aim to continue exploring themes of nostalgia, motherhood, loss, anxiety, and relationship dynamics (both in nature & within the human experience) as I further refine my increasingly narrative-focused and surreal body of work.
